Licensing occurred in March, 2010 after inspections, and the first inspection form completed for display was not given to Select Aquatics until
    the 2014 inspection form below. Select Aquatics was inspected once since that form, in November of 2015, and those results are also posted below.
    Inspections from 2009 to 2014 were all positive with no recommendations or violations. Inspection forms will continue to be posted as they occur.
